The “Kennedy” is a top of the range, 4 bed/2.5 bath villa. It features a private pool area which looks onto mature lawns, and the extra large pool itself is the "Grand Bahama" with charming waterfalls flowing into it. 

This home is furnished to an extremely high standard with upgraded fixtures and fittings. Two bedrooms have twin beds in them and the other bedrooms have double beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are a further two bathrooms. 

The open plan lounge/dining area features upgraded carpet, tile & drapes, cream leather sofas and a beautiful dining table & chairs. Patio doors lead out to the pool area.

The kitchen is spacious and features a breakfast nook with table and chairs. A breakfast bar complements the seating arrangements in this area. This superb 4 bed, 2 bathroom home has been decorated to an extremely high standard by the owners, and no expense has been spared to make this home very special

This home features a double and twin bedroom in each “wing” of the home meaning that two families can have total privacy in their own space whilst enjoying each other’s company in the spacious lounge and dining area. The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped. The home features upgraded furniture and the owner’s personal interior designer was commissioned to ensure it looked outstanding.

A special feature of the home is the pool area. The pool and patio have both been 
extended for the pleasure of our guests, and in addition the owner has included an remote controlled Jacuzzi with waterfall for those times when lounging in the pool gets a bit boring!

Oak Island Cove is located across the street from Formosa Gardens and Rolling Hills, only 2.5 miles from Disneyworld. A supermarket, restaurant, bank, tourist information centre and other small stores are located only a mile away.

This is a luxury 4 bed/3 bathroom villa on the peaceful Indian Creek estate, located just off the 192, behind Splendid China and is approx. 2.5 miles from Disneyworld. (situated directly across the street from Rolling Hills (see above)
