Three Bedroom Villa with Private Pool

 

The Palms

This is a lovely property which is very popular with our guests and features many extras. 

Situated in the Palms at Davenport Estates resort, which is 6.5 miles from the Disney theme parks. There is a variety of stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby including a 
large Wal-Mart store only a mile away. The resort also has a large communal swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area. Immediately to the north is Lake Davenport – a 400 acre lake with fishing pier and boat dock. 

 
 

The home features open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The three bedrooms consist of two doubles (one with en suite bathroom) and one twin bedded room. Another full bathroom is included in the property. All furnishings are upgraded throughout e.g. leather sofas in lounge.

One of the most popular aspects of this property is the lovely pool and deck area. Both have been extended for the benefit of our guests.
